Restore Hearwise Pro

Open Hearwise, tap the gear icon, then Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought Pro with.

Cancel a subscription

Open Hearwise, tap the gear icon, then Manage subscription. Or open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. A lifetime purchase never renews.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Free listening

Free includes 5 minutes of listening a day, which starts again at midnight. Hearwise Pro is unlimited.

Languages

Hearwise reads English text, in American and British voices. Text in other languages is not supported yet.

A document reads strangely

Open it, tap Aa, and choose what to skip (page numbers, footnotes, citations, links). Scanned pages read best from a sharp, well-lit photo. To jump, tap any sentence.

Playback stopped with the screen locked

Hearwise keeps reading with the screen locked. If it stops, check that another app did not take over the audio (a call or a video), then press play on the lock screen.
